This decadent iced drink brings together rich, nutty notes from our Single Origin Brazilian Coffee and the irresistible sweetness of chocolate. It's smooth, it's bold, and it satisfies your deepest mocha cravings—all in one icy glass.
🌟 What You’ll Need:
Main Drink

6 oz Iced Coffee (see recipe below)

1–2 oz Ice

1 oz Milk or non-dairy milk

1½ Tbsp Vanilla Syrup or your preferred sweetener

Splash of Chocolate Cold Foam (recipe below)

🍫 Chocolate Cold Foam (Yields ~2.5 oz)

3 Tbsp Heavy cream

1 Tbsp Milk
-
2 tsp Chocolate syrup
Dairy-free? Sub with 4 Tbsp (2 oz) of cold non-dairy milk.
🛠️ How to Make the Magic Happen:

Make the Cold Foam:
In a frothing pitcher or glass measuring cup, combine cream, milk, and chocolate syrup.
Use the Cold Setting on your milk frother or a frothing wand.
(Pro tip: If using non-dairy milk, froth it twice for that dreamy foam texture.) -
Build the Drink:
In a tall glass, add 1½ Tbsp vanilla syrup.
Line the inside of the glass with chocolate syrup or Nutella for some flair.
Pour in iced coffee and milk, then stir gently to combine. -
Ice it Up:
Add 1–2 oz ice to chill it down. -
Top It Off:
Spoon on a splash of cold foam, drizzle with caramel, and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. -

Brew Ratio: 1:15 to 1:16 (coffee to water)
🧾 Ingredients:

59g–64g Brazil Single Origin Coffee (or your fave)

2 cups Ice

Grind your coffee for drip brew.

Add to the filter of your drip coffee maker.

Fill water to the 4-cup line and start brewing.

Once brewed, let it cool for 5–10 minutes.
