Tanzania Utengule Estate opens with ripe strawberry and red grape sweetness, settles into honey and a subtle nuttiness, and finishes with just enough winey complexity to make it memorable.
Grown at 1,400 meters on the edge of the East African Rift Valley, Utengule Estate has been producing coffee since 1919, and the attention to detail shows in every sip. Ripe cherries are hand-picked and sun-dried whole on raised beds, letting the fruit do the work and giving this natural its signature sweetness and depth. It’s a smooth, balanced cup that rewards you whether you’re brewing it fast or taking your time.

Roasting Schedule
All coffees are roasted and packaged to order every Monday and shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed before 5 p.m. EST on Sundays are guaranteed to be roasted and shipped that week. Orders placed after this time will ship the following week. If you need your coffee sooner, please leave us a note at checkout or reply to your confirmation email, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
