Brazil Jazblu Peaberry is not your average coffee. Sourced from a small cluster of smallholder farmers in the Planalto da Bahia region, this fully washed peaberry delivers milk chocolate sweetness, creamy almond butter, and a brown sugar finish. Peaberries form when only one seed develops inside the coffee cherry instead of two, concentrating all of that natural sweetness into a single, rounder bean. The result is a cleaner, sweeter cup that stands out in a category known for earthy naturals.

Roasting Schedule
All coffees are roasted and packaged to order every Monday and shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed before 5 p.m. EST on Sundays are guaranteed to be roasted and shipped that week. Orders placed after this time will ship the following week.
