This Sumatra Coffee is grown in the Aceh Tengah highlands and processed using the classic Sumatran wet-hulled method, producing a deep, full body with low acidity and distinctive character. Expect notes of dark chocolate, dried cherries, almonds, and honey to create a classic Sumatra profile that’s smooth, rich, and deeply satisfying.

Roasting Schedule
All coffees are roasted and packaged to order every Monday and shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed before 5 p.m. EST on Sundays are guaranteed to be roasted and shipped that week. Orders placed after this time will ship the following week. If you need your coffee sooner, please leave us a note at checkout or reply to your confirmation email, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
