A floral, tea-like Ethiopian with stone fruit sweetness that's as refined as it is refreshing. Produced by smallholder farmers at elevations up to 2,200 meters in the heart of Sidama, these heirloom varieties thrive in rich volcanic soil with plenty of rainfall, and it shows in every sip. Organically grown, this is coffee you can feel as good about buying as you do drinking.

Roasting Schedule
All coffees are roasted and packaged to order every Monday and shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed before 5 p.m. EST on Sundays are guaranteed to be roasted and shipped that week. Orders placed after this time will ship the following week. If you need your coffee sooner, please leave us a note at checkout or reply to your confirmation email, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
