Colombia Huila is everything we love in a single origin: milk chocolate sweetness, a bright hit of apricot, and a cane sugar finish that lingers just long enough to make you want another sip. Grown at 1,500 meters in one of Colombia's most celebrated coffee regions, this fully washed lot is clean, complex, and dangerously easy to drink.

Roasting Schedule
All coffees are roasted and packaged to order every Monday and shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed before 5 p.m. EST on Sundays are guaranteed to be roasted and shipped that week. Orders placed after this time will ship the following week. If you need your coffee sooner, please leave us a note at checkout or reply to your confirmation email, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
