Called a “peaberry,” the small bean is a prized mutation where the coffee cherry only produces one seed as opposed to two in a normal cherry. This small seed is then intentionally separated from the rest of seeds (or “normies” as we like to call them) to be processed and sold exclusively as a peaberry.

Roasting Schedule
All coffees are roasted and packaged to order every Monday and shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed before 5 p.m. EST on Sundays are guaranteed to be roasted and shipped that week. Orders placed after this time will ship the following week. If you need your coffee sooner, please leave us a note at checkout or reply to your confirmation email, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
