This coffee comes from a farm cooperative in Indonesia that has a goal to improve coffee quality as well as maintain and preserve the ecosystem by planting shade trees alongside their coffee plants. Featuring the Semi-washed Process This attention to cultivation practices is rare within Indonesia and makes for a coffee that is both unique and complex.

Roasting Schedule

All coffees are roasted and packaged to order every Monday and shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed before 5 p.m. EST on Sundays are guaranteed to be roasted and shipped that week. Orders placed after this time will ship the following week. If you need your coffee sooner, please leave us a note at checkout or reply to your confirmation email, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
